Roles and Rules

 

• Member roles:  

• We will divide the work by knowing each other’s strengths and weaknesses and will help each other throughout the tasks. 

• Every stage will have a deadline, and everyone involved must keep track of the development to ensure that we have enough time to complete the project. 

• We will use Self-Directed leadership to go through this assignment. We know that by working together, supporting each other, and having good communication, we will, as a group, thrive and achieve our goal. To not overload or burn out any member, we will separate the work equally between us and constantly check to see if anyone needs help. 

 

• Ground Rules:  

• Communication 

• We will communicate through WhatsApp and Google Docs/Slides. We will communicate a couple of times a week to make sure the work is completed on time, and we also expect to engage in the group chat and be responsible for responding with ideas related to the tasks. For the Google Office suite, everyone can edit and contribute at the same time, which is more efficient and effective. 

• We will pre-study the requirements and list out the discussion points in our WhatsApp group before we meet. We hope everyone can attend the meeting and enjoy our team's power.
